1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

"Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions.
"Service" means the financial education programs offered by Pannawit.
"We / Us / Our" means Pannawit, operating from 18/2 Soi Rangnam, Phaya Thai, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
"Participant / You" means any individual who enrols in a program or uses this website.
"Program" means any structured learning program offered by Pannawit, including Understanding Investment Basics, Tax Planning for Mid-Career Professionals, and Long-Term Financial Scenario Building.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you enrol on behalf of another individual, you confirm you have their authority to do so.

3. Description of Services

Pannawit provides structured financial education programs for adults aged 40 and above based in Thailand. Programs are delivered in Bangkok and cover investment fundamentals, tax planning, and long-term financial scenario modelling. All programs are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice. Content is provided for informational purposes only.

4. Enrolment and Registration

To enrol in a program, you must complete the registration process, which includes submitting your contact details and agreeing to these Terms. Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation communication has been sent. Places in group sessions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Fees and Payment

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all materials stated in the program description. Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as indicated during registration. Fees are non-transferable between programs without prior written agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date: full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund.
If Pannawit cancels a program session, a rescheduled date will be offered or a full refund provided.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded individually.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to attend sessions punctually, treat other participants and facilitators with respect, and refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent. Participants acknowledge that the quality of one-on-one programs may be affected if they withhold information material to the scenario modelling process.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, workbooks, handouts, and digital documents produced by Pannawit are our intellectual property. Participants receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for their own planning purposes. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

9. No Financial Advice

Pannawit is an educational practice. Nothing communicated during programs or through this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to purchase any product or service. Participants should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions. We make no representation regarding the suitability of any investment or tax strategy for your specific circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Pannawit shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from participation in our programs or reliance on program content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific program in question.

11. Confidentiality

Any personal financial information you share during a one-on-one program will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law. This obligation of confidentiality applies to our facilitators and staff.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided. You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms above.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or a program shall first be addressed through direct communication. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in programs following a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
