Reviews

From participants across all three programs

SR

Siriporn Rattana

Bangkok · Investment Basics

"I had money sitting in a fixed deposit for years because I did not know what else to do with it. The first session alone changed how I thought about that. By the fifth I had a clear picture of two or three options I actually wanted to look into further."

Wanchai Kovit

Bangkok · Tax Planning

"I had been filing my own taxes for fifteen years and thought I understood what deductions were available. The program showed me I had been missing SSF contributions entirely. The workbook made it easy to track everything going forward."

Naiyana Prom

Nonthaburi · Scenario Building

"My husband and I attended together because we had been avoiding the conversation about retirement for years. The program gave us a way to have it without arguing — we were both looking at numbers rather than guessing about each other's assumptions."

TS

Thanakorn Suksri

Bangkok · Investment Basics

"I appreciated that the pace was slow enough to follow. I had tried reading about mutual funds online but found the information too fragmented. Here, each session built on the previous one and I never felt lost. The printed sheets were genuinely useful."

KW

Kulthida Wiroj

Pathum Thani · Tax Planning

"Three sessions felt short but it covered exactly what I needed. The facilitator knew the subject thoroughly and answered every question without making me feel like I was taking up time. I left with a clear checklist for the filing season."

PL

Prasoet Limpan

Bangkok · Scenario Building

"I had some reservations about sharing financial details, but the facilitator explained the confidentiality arrangement clearly from the start and it never felt uncomfortable. The model we built has been practical — I updated it when my son's school fees changed and it still works."

Participant journeys in more detail

Investment Basics — Bangkok, 2025

Starting point

A 52-year-old civil servant with 15 years of savings in a bank fixed deposit. Wanted to explore options but found online information confusing and felt uncertain about who to trust.

What the program provided

Five sessions covering fixed deposit alternatives, how Thai mutual funds work, and how to read a fund fact sheet. No recommendation to buy any specific product.

Where they are now

Opened two mutual fund accounts using the fact sheet reading skills from session two. Now monitoring both quarterly and feels confident understanding the documents.

Scenario Building — Bangkok, 2025–2026

Starting point

A couple aged 48 and 46. Both earning, planning to retire at different ages, with no shared picture of what their finances would look like in each scenario.

What the program provided

Ten weeks building four retirement scenarios — ranging from early retirement at 55 to continuing work to 65. A bound booklet and spreadsheet model they both learned to update.

Where they are now

Settled on a shared plan targeting age 62 for one partner and 60 for the other. Used the first follow-up consultation when one partner received an unexpected promotion.

Tax Planning — Pathum Thani, 2026

Starting point

A 44-year-old manager who had been filing with an accountant for years but suspected deductions were being missed. Wanted to understand the process rather than just hand over documents.

What the program provided

Three sessions covering income tax brackets, available allowances for mid-career professionals, and documentation practice. Completed with a filing checklist workbook.

Where they are now

Identified two missed allowances and now reviews the checklist each November before filing. Returns to Pannawit's Tax Planning program annually for the updated content.
